I bring a diverse background in operations management, project and programme assessment, policy and standards development, data analytics, and research management with expertise spanning both public and private sector projects. My experiences include consulting on business intelligence, social equity, socio-economic development, and policy/standards analysis and research management. I have collaborated with international organizations on digital governance and resilience initiatives, contributing to development planning strategies that balance people, policy and technology for adaptive solutions.

I hold a Bachelor’s in International Relations and Public Policy, and a Master’s in International Public and Development Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona. I have served as a Urban Health Leader Fellow with the Urban Land Institute, where I explored urban health and social equity across the US and Germany, and a Frédéric Bastiat Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, where my focus was on economic policy and the global political economy.
